What is GoStreak?

GoStreak is a gamified habit tracker for iPhone. You build daily streaks, and each habit grows its own companion creature and a shared garden as your streak gets longer. You can also keep habits going together with friends. GoStreak is made by GOGOGO LLC and is currently iOS-only.

Is GoStreak free, and what does Premium cost?

GoStreak is free to use and tracks up to 3 habits. GoStreak Premium has three tiers — Plus, Pro and Elite — that raise the limit to 8, 15 and 20 habits and add Streak Freezes, extra themes, data export and full-year stats. Prices show in your local currency in the app.

Is GoStreak available on Android?

Not yet. GoStreak is currently an iPhone app, built with Expo and React Native. There is no Android version or web app at the moment. If Android support is added later, it will be announced in the app and on the GoStreak website.

Can you track a habit with friends on GoStreak?

Yes. On GoStreak you can invite one or more friends to a shared habit and keep a single shared streak — if anyone misses a day, the shared streak resets, which is what makes it accountability. You can also just follow each other’s progress. Shared habits are part of GoStreak Premium.

How is GoStreak different from Habitica, Finch, and Streaks?

GoStreak sits between them. Like Habitica it has XP, levels and leaderboards, but with no health loss or punishment. Like Finch it has a companion that grows, but GoStreak’s evolves through four stages and you can raise habits with friends. Like Streaks it centers on streaks, but adds an evolving garden and a calmer look.

What are companions and the garden in GoStreak?

In GoStreak, every habit has its own companion creature that evolves through four stages as your streak grows — Stage 1 at the start, Stage 4 after a 365-day streak. Habit types like water, reading or meditation have different companion species. All your companions live together in your garden.

How do streaks and Streak Freezes work in GoStreak?

Check a habit off each day (or on its scheduled days for weekly habits) and its streak goes up by one. Miss a day and it resets to zero — unless you spend a Streak Freeze, which protects one missed day for 30 XP. Free accounts get no included Freezes; Plus, Pro and Elite include 2, 4 and unlimited.

How do XP, levels, and leaderboards work in GoStreak?

You earn 5 XP per daily check-in, plus bonus XP at streak milestones — 25 XP at 7 days, 75 at 30, 200 at 100 and 500 at 365. XP raises your level and title. Leaderboards rank you against friends by weekly and all-time XP, and you can open a friend’s profile to see their garden and stats.

Can GoStreak track water, steps, and meditation?

Yes. GoStreak has built-in tracking for water intake with quick-add buttons on the habit card, step-based habits that read your daily steps from Apple Health toward a goal you choose, and a meditation timer with set session lengths. Reaching the goal checks that habit in automatically for the day.

Does GoStreak work offline?

Partly. GoStreak lets you check habits off while offline and syncs them next time you’re online, so your streak count and companion progress stay correct. Features that need the server — friends, shared habits, leaderboards — need a connection.

How do reminders work in GoStreak?

Turn on Daily Reminder in Settings → Notifications and pick a time; GoStreak can also suggest the time you usually check in. Reading habits get a reminder that names your current page. Shared habits notify the group when someone checks in, and again in the evening if the streak isn’t done.

Is my data private on GoStreak, and can I export it?

Your GoStreak data is tied to your account and protected by row-level security, so other users can’t read your habits. Accepted friends can see a read-only view of your garden and stats. Plus, Pro and Elite can export a full copy of their data from Settings → Export My Data.

How do I create a habit in GoStreak?

Tap the + button on the home tab, then pick a preset — Drink Water, Walk, Read, Meditate, No Caffeine and about 25 others — or build a custom habit. Choose how often to do it and, for walk or meditation habits, your step goal or session length. Free accounts track up to 3 habits at once.
